The Campus Service Center receives payments and issues parking permits on behalf of the University Police Department's Parking Services.

Parking Enforcement - Parking is enforced and permits are required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (including holidays).

North Quad - Requires a separate parking permit ($35 sticker). The North Quad permit is only valid in North Quad lots. The campus-wide permit is a separate (hanging) permit.

Purchasing your permit

It is strongly recommended that you purchase your parking permit in advance. Payments can be made:

  • Online, log into MyCSUMB and click on the Students tab. Then click "Buy a parking permit." We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card or Echeck (personal check). Once your payment is processed you will receive an email with a link for a temporary permit. Your actual permit will be ready and waiting for you at the Campus Service Center when you arrive. 
  • By Mail CSUMB, Student Services Bldg, 100 Campus Center, Seaside, CA 93955, check or money order, payable to CSU Monterey Bay.
  • On Campus Student Services Bldg, Campus Service Center (check, cash or money order).
  • Financial Aid Deferment
  • Payroll Deduction
    Annual parking permits can be paid through Payroll Deduction for eligible Faculty/Staff at a rate of $12/month. You can obtain a Payroll Deduction Form and pick up your parking permit at the CSC. Permits are automatically renewed upon verification of continued payroll deduction contributions and are distributed annually through the payroll distribution process.
